Terms of service

Effective: 2026-04-30

These are the rules for using DomainsPulse. Plain English where possible. By signing up, you agree to them.

01The service

DomainsPulse provides automated monitoring of publicly observable signals (TLS, WHOIS, DNS, HTTP) for domains you choose to add. We do our best to alert you accurately and promptly, but the underlying public data sources occasionally lie, lag, or rate-limit us. You remain responsible for your client domains. We are an extra pair of eyes, not a guarantee.

02Acceptable use

  • Monitor only domains you have a legitimate reason to watch (your own, your clients', publicly relevant ones).
  • Don't use DomainsPulse to enumerate or attack infrastructure you do not own or operate.
  • Don't resell access without prior agreement (white-label / agency redistribution is welcome — contact us).
  • Don't try to circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or per-domain quotas.

03Subscriptions & billing

  • Plans are monthly, charged via Stripe. Cancel anytime from the billing portal — you keep access until the end of the paid period.
  • The 14-day free trial requires no card. After it ends, your account drops to read-only until you choose a plan.
  • Refunds are handled case-by-case via hi@domainspulse.app. We are reasonable people.

04Service availability

We aim for 99.9% monthly availability of the dashboard and alerting pipeline. If we miss that meaningfully, write us and we'll credit your account. We do not yet publish a formal SLA — when we do, it'll live alongside this page.

05Liability

DomainsPulse is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. Practically: this product is a $29–$149/mo monitor; do not bet your business on its perfection.

06Changes

We can revise these terms. If we change anything material, we'll email account owners at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
